Two things to note:
1) Italy at #8 surprises me, a perpetually socialist state in turmoil teetering on the edge of financial ruin...I cannot believe in a readiness and leadership sense they rate that high. I bet all of those ranked behind them could kick their butts or bloody them enough to make them back down. A lot of those below them are battle-tested.
2) US at #1 is perhaps statistically valid, but with ass-kissing REMFs kow-towing to Prog cultural dictates and running off the best warriors and failing to realign force structures and equipment for 4th generation threats and acting like the can meet all generation threats simultaneously is a myth.
