OK, now, review the whole article, as well as these letters for 2014 Minneapolis (http://www.publicrecordmedia.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/MNGDPAMPD2014_pd_015.pdf) and 2012 for St.Paul (http://publicrecordmedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/MNGDPASP2012_pd_007.pdf) and compare them to the Jade Helm '15 requests discussed here (http://itsaboutliberty.com/index.php?topic=12897.0) and you will see it is the same approach, practically the same language word for word.
It is clear there is an effort here to undermine the purpose of the Posse Comitatus Act and to condition a greater acceptance of DoD activities within domestic roles, a conditioning of local LEO's, politicians and a somnambulate populace...not to mention compliant DoD personnel.
This crap definitely has that creepy encroaching darkness of the Sith kind of vibe to it, doesn't it?!
