I find it amusing too, and I propbably would have put it in "Entertainment"!

You just know it's those prissy fart-sniffing progressives driving these stupid little things, so that makes it even funnier!  Kinda like "You destroy our campaign signs, we tip your stupid eco-nut golf cart" kinda funny!

I think this trend started over in Amsterdam, where Smart cars are frequently deposited in the city's canals.
