So okay, you already probably know that aspirin in low doses is good for preventing heart attacks and strokes.
That's good.
But now (http://m.bbc.co.uk/news/health-18853597) it can prevent and maybe even help to eradicate some forms of cancer.
Who knows what they will find it can do next? Cure baldness? Deal with erectile dysfunction? Eliminate stubborn belly fat?
-
Aspirin 325+ is part of my regimen and it
certifiably will not reduce belly fat.
Most of what people have been told the
last 30 years about the evils of aspirin
is whoowe. It's not good for snakebite
though.
-
Its positives far outweigh any negatives, and the negatives are almost always (as with any compound processed in a human body) prone to vary from individual to individual.
Not everybody is the same.
A concept lost on all liberals, commies and the like...
-
It's biggest negative, an adverse affect on platelet count - which
affects a minority of people, they now have a simple blood test
to check for this reaction.
-
The linked article suggests that a large number of people who suffer stomach bleeding after taking aspirin may have this reaction due to a bacterial infection which is easily treated with antibiotics. After the bug is gone then aspirin will work fine for them.
