Dropbox. A cool, free, online, content-management tool that sort of works like a "poor-man's Documentum".
What they say: "Dropbox is the easiest way to store, sync, and, share files online." Sync being the key. There are plenty of free sites to store content (Uber-Note, etc) - but Dropbox manages & updates the content. We use it @ work for file-sharing...files that updates whenever anyone in your Group adds to, modifies or updates the file's content...automatically. A very cool tool.
