Pretty much put golf on the TV map and helped make it popular.  I was more of a Nicklaus fan, but Arnie had a stretch where he was dominant and in the age of Tiger people really forget how good these guys back then were, Arnie, Jack, Gary Player, Lee Trevino...lot's of great players and good guys.

I was never really into golfing, but understand his accomplishments. I was, however, into his class off the course. Always a gentleman.
