The list of cities offering and supporting sanctuary includes Boston, Chicago, Denver, Kansas City, New York, Oakland, Portland, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Seattle and Tucson. Sanctuary is already being provided in Phoenix, Tucson, Chicago and Portland.

Oh for sure Mogadeshuapolis is a de facto sanctuary city, but likes to fly under the radar, they are not as vocal about as other libiot cities, but they are just as corrupt as the rest.  It does not surprise me this crap was going on there, the pol's and community thugs and cops and media all white wash this crap and it only comes to light if the offense is too big to hide anymore.

St.Paul is less so, but still libiot, and I know for a fact their police are corrupt.
