Schumer, trying to expand TSA grope-downs to Amtrack

One of many clowns who belongs on the "do not breathe list"...

 ::mooning::

I bet Chuckie would applaude his merry band of sexual assaulters in TSA over this "pat down"...

...courtesy of TSA and Schumer, this will be a common sight at train terminals...while turban-wearing clowns and women covered head-to-toe march unmolested onto these vehicles!

Feel safe yet?!

I read somewhere this morning that 41 of Amtrak's 44 routes lines operate at a perpetual loss, and that perhaps simply eliminating the target for the terrorists would be a more sensible, cost-effective option. I could not agree more. Government subsidizing passenger trains is like government subsidizing covered wagons. It makes no sense in the first place, and if they're a ripe target for terrorists, then maybe it's time to cut the losses.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

True, they've been losing millions for years...unfortunately for us, Ruling Class clowns never care about government enterprises losing money..and they'll piss and moan about the jobs lost, the neighborhoods ruined, the lives destroyed...basically they'll scare-monger any attempt to end the damn thing.

I think it a battle worth having, but I doubt I'll see it.

It should be sold off to private bidders. They could make it profitable within 10 years.

Yeah.

Just like getting rid of it, another idea our feckless leaders are impotent to advance!

A national tax to subsidize east coast workers travel expenses.
Yank it or let ticket prices cover operation costs.

And speaking of ScamTrak, supposedly Bin Laden was hatching some plot to target trains in America. Shows how much they don't know about The Infidel, because nobody uses Amtrak. Furthermore, if you saw on the news that an Amtrak train had derailed, would your first thought be terrorism? Mine would be more like "Par for the course".

A nation of sheep will beget a government of wolves.

And a Johnnycake plainly & sparsely made will envision the turnabout of the waking recovery to which many of the enthralled will answer, objectively, yet ceremoniously, as pause is given to the elucidated version of future endeavors.

He made nuts; he was the third iteration of "lafreedom".  I kept banning 'em, and he'd just sign in as somebody else.

It is to be expected with the entire middle to left segments of the spectrum going batshyt crazy. Perhaps we should think about an early warning system?

IDP has to weigh in on this.  I don't know how he's set up the registration approval to work, but I think it needs to require a human "yes" at this point.
