The possibilities are endless and chilling!

I am pretty sure the govt has been collecting  DNA from every infant born in a hospital for decades now. It wouldn't be hard. A couple of govt mandated tests sent to a couple of government controlled (or cronied)  labs and you have most of what you would need.
