And it is definitely more than laziness, laziness is a symptom, stupidity and insanity are conditions cultivated easily by any host contaminated with the Proglodyte Virus (PV).
There are very few remedies for PV, first and foremost like a heroine addict...the victim has to want to rid themselves of the affliction, this is where 95% of the infected population is doomed to terminal progression of the disease. Of the remaining 5% the success rate in halting the disease is dependent upon a cathartic event that miraculously penetrated the cranial region (in itself a miracle that any non-hive signal could reach the ear drum and optical units through that much ass gristle) and escape the subconscious region with enough energy to gain the attention of the conscious mind and the success with which surrounding voices of sanity (non-hive members) have in building on that small foundation a structure strong enough to sever the link to the hive mind. Basically you're lucky if 0.5% of this group makes it out of the Prog reservation.
