Actually...I don't know why we don't invoke The Putin Doctrine and annex Cuba by force ala Crimea...the Cubano-Com's have never been weaker...it would be easy...all we really need is two Amphib's and their MEU's and aircrews, one Carrier for air support and a pre-dawn raid with F-117's to knock out what little C&C assets they have and that fricken island is ours.
Or we'll continue to be pussies and do nothing...

Finally. I'd have got them out two weeks ago ........ or as soon as it was known our embassy staff was being damaged.
