This is starting to aggravate me!
Who would target people at this event? It's a largely a country music venue, right? In general most acts/folks are normal everyday patriot types, yes? Who would target and murder them? Why isn't that being asked? If this was targeting a rap festival or a Lilith gathering...
"Among those shot dead at the concert were two off-duty police officers. Attendees said a large number of law enforcement and military personnel had been attending the show."
One witness at the concert told DailyMail.com that a woman had entered the crowd with a male companion and screamed 'They're all around... You're all going to f***ing die today' just 45 minutes before the gunfire broke out.
The woman was described as being Hispanic and in her 50s; she and the man were escorted out of the venue by security.

Federal law enforcement sources told Fox News that Paddock "was known to local authorities," in Las Vegas. But police in Mesquite, where Paddock lived, said he never had any run-ins with officers, the Desert Valley Times reported.

You forgot to mention if he was a white Christian NRA member, they'd be shouting it from the rooftops.
