Justice still lives, somewhere

Note: American media reports on this story contain the headline, "alleged molester". The girl was, in fact, raped. You have to go to the British press to see that fact in the headline.

No charge for Texas dad who killed daughter's rapist
A US father who found his five-year-old daughter being raped, then beat the attacker to death will not be charged, prosecutors have said.
"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

Big ::thumbsup:: for Dad.

"The father has not been named to protect the identity of his daughter."

Quite a bit different than the race-baiting f**kwads in Florida with the Zimmerman case, now isn't it?!

And SHOCKED this wasn't picked up in Amerikan MFM!

Good for the father, he did what a father should do.

Prayers for him and his family, and especially for the little girl, I dearly hope she can recover from this and not have it ruin the rest of her life.   ::praying::

We are now where The Founders were when they faced despotism.
