Title: Albuquerque Police kill again
Post by: Glock32 on June 02, 2014, 11:01:39 AM
The Albuquerque Police Department has killed yet another person, this time a 19 year old female.  She was a suspected car thief who ran from police, and allegedly produced a handgun during her flight.

The only new source I have found so far is this one, which is a bit Infowars-esque in its often over the top hyperbole: http://libertycrier.com/albuquerque-cops-kill-time-19-year-old-female/ (http://libertycrier.com/albuquerque-cops-kill-time-19-year-old-female/)

Now, if she did indeed point a gun at pursuing police then yeah, that's a good way to get your ass shot and killed. But it still heaps further cause for scrutiny on a department that seems to be killing people left and right.

If these statements are ture...

"...a cheap handgun was found near the body."

Really hers, or planted?  A legitimate question, especially for this outfit.  Should be simple to find out if any of her associates ever a) knew about a gun, b) gun desription matches associates testimony, c) associates not pressured or promised leniency if under other charge(s), d) how the gun was obtained - legally or illegally?

"...investigators were not able to recover video from the body camera worn by the officer."

Not able to or not wanting to?  Was the camera even on?  Is evidence long destroyed?

Either way, this outfit is very suspect, and just like they like to profile all of us as potential criminals, we shoud view them as potential criminals and let them prove themselves innocent beyond all doubt!
