Harry Morgan, 96, passed away today. The acting I know him for was his role as Colonel Potter in MASH.
RIP, Mr. Morgan.

Heard that on the radio.

The guy has been in the movies, forever. Heck, he was already 60ish by the time MASH rolled around.

Wow. 96.

I remember some of his old tv shows, Gladys and Dragnet in particular
I did like McLean Strphenson better in Mash as the commander
-
Became aware of him from the movie, "What Did You Do in the War Daddy?" (a Blake Edwards film), think was in "A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum" also.
RIP

I loved him in M.A.S.H. but remember that was a very Progressive show.
Rest in Peace Sir............Amen. ::praying::

Just watched High Noon not long ago. Yup, that's him.

Never liked MASH. Dragnet though - now THAT was some television. The dialogue between him and Webb was classic.
