They fear that trash more than normal people, a dynamic that at a soon to be reached point is going to turn viciously on them...

Well, Putin's plan for the Arctic could be the first casualty of the cost of war...and the desires of a Deputy Prime Minister who is a Kazan Tatar...

I can find no evidence, no map of said planned route so I reckon the assertion that half is done could be total BS...

So, no rail line...no support in the area for the exploitation of resources...no support for military or commercial bases to keep the Northern Sea Route dream alive...

It will have to be seen who gets to exploit the region...after whatever war flames are done burning...or if ever...
