Rowan, the Irish Setter, is even bigger now and cannot even be weighed at the vet's office. And he's a lover!

Our previous dog was a 60 lb black lab mix. Towards the end of his life, I had to pick him up and put him in the cab of my truck for the trip to the vet. I vowed our next dog would be under 30 lb. So thanks to the wife, we now we have a gerbil-on-steroids Shi-tsu thing that looks like a ragmop with legs that weighs 10 lb soaking wet.

My BIL's late Chesapeake/Lab mix weighed in around 100, had to do the same thing..that's 40 more dog pounds!

She was a sweetie, but ravaged with all manner of ailments at the end and had to be put to sleep.

Now they have the mother-daughter Lab's...60 pounds ain't nothin'!  (Now!)   ::hysterical::

Momma needs help, daughter still spry & springy!

He rests his chin on your shoulder when you sit on a high kitchen stool.
