God knows what kind of disease is running rampant on that ship!  Could be the thing that starts the Zombie Apacolyspe for all we know.

Hook a really really really long line on it, tow it to really really really deep water and slam torpedoes into the sucker until it slips beneath the waves and be done with it already!

I suspect the potential disease vector is of less interest than the salvage value.
