Like I said, set up the guillotine on the Hill and start running members of Congress through it. I maintain this is the only way we'll ever get a handle on this largess without an actual revolution. ::gaah::

Standard fare for bureaucratic largess.  Apparently people are not outraged, so...business as usual!
