It's About Liberty: A Conservative Forum

I have been trying to figure out Twitter recently and one thing I have been noticing is that the #1 trending hashtag day after day is the #tcot one. It stands for "top conservatives on twitter" and it is consistently #1 most evenings. The only time it is pushed out of the top spot is when something super popular is going on like, for instance, tonight's Oscar show. But on a typical day you can find that topic to dominate.
What does this mean? Have conservatives finally gotten up to speed on twitter? I can't say that I am there yet. There is a lot about how things happen on twitter that still mystify me.
Your thoughts, fellow IAL members?

I didn't join until last year. It kinda fits my one-line snark habit.

I do use texting. I text someone, and if I get a response, I call. I'm NOT going to hold a conversation by typing on my friggin' phone.

Some may call me a "twit" but not because I use Twitter.
Social media is quite unsocial.
So am I, actually

I find those exchanges annoying as well. If you oughtn't be talking on the phone, you oughtn't be texting either.

I only got a twitter account two weeks ago. It was recommended for our bluegrass project. I look at other people's tweets but haven't actually done any myself.
