You don't build a city for nothing. The Bankster maggots have focused their psychotic eyes on China for obvious reasons. Agenda 21 will force country folk into the city where they can be observed and tazed easier.
I agree. Don't know who they are for, but they are building them for someone.
Maybe they will transplant new yorkers and see if they ever figure it out ( many might not)

The construction of cities is just an example of top down production goals, designed to make the regime look good, being met regardless of reality. The bureaucrats have to meet whatever objectives they are dealt, period. For a time it looks good, but then reality sets in.
