Chocolate is one of my (few) vices. I can't keep it in the house because if it's around, it's gone. I'll probably be better off if they hoard it all ;')

I first read about this maybe two or three years ago and I take it seriously. Long term hoarding for me is in the form of cocoa powder and chocolate syrup, both designed for long term storage and maximum usefulness.

I was wondering about the proper medium to store and thought powder might be the best option. ::hat-tip::
