I make a motion to declare the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to be National Looters Day. Anything left (ia store still standing) on Black Friday can be marked down according to the condition it's in.

I think it has just been established, it just hasn't been officially recognized.

The way this society is going though...shouldn't be long...
