Title: Supreme Court upholds 'disparate impact'
Post by: Pandora on June 25, 2015, 11:40:14 AM
In a 5-4 ruling, the court said certain housing policies that put minorities at a disadvantage, even if they aren't expressly intended to discriminate, can be challenged in court. Section 8 housing coming to a safe subdivision near you.

Good, bring it.  One of Sun Tzu's observations on the art of war was the importance of always leaving your enemy an escape route.  The enemy who has no escape route will realize he has no choice but a fight to the death.

The more we can pull the velvet glove off of the State's mailed fist, the more people will realize they're in a fight to the death.

One of the advantages of living "of modest means" is that there is less for the tyrants to take from you. I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't some section 8 in my neighborhood right now.

I see rocks up ahead and the tiller isn't responding.

It won't be much longer now...
