If Trump gets in he will have to go around Congress, lucky for him these people have already enshrined that as okie dokie.

Gunsmith remarked just last night that should Trump be elected, he'll have to fight the eGOP in Congress, and who will suddenly give lots of shts about the pen/phone stuff.

If, and again a big IF President Trump won on that very issue, and speechified on that very issue, you very well WILL pass Trumps plan, or you will go the way the rest of the eREP did.
