It's what I have always said.  Whites (and blacks as well) who think voter ID's are racist really think blacks are too stupid and/or uncivilized to do the things other races do.

Yeah...not a surprise...but the PTB's will denounce this exercise as racist...thus reinforcing the assertion made in this clip that yes, white progs do think blacks are too stupid and need their help to live...
