She's got everybody talking about her, which is her purpose, I guess.

She showed up on Leno's show and from the accounts, he never even asked her about them. She's got a horn on each shoulder as well.

She is not a looker....from the neck up. So, imo, its two fold. She attracts the attention needed and distracts you from concentration on her plain face.

From the looks of the things around the edges, I'd say prosthetics, using a matching blush tone of her face to cover up the glue line.
