This sign is an essential while in Iraq. The fellas from India always stood on the seat in the out-houses. Just a cultural thing.. they squat down in public and sit like that all the time. I'd fall right over and crack my head open.. but it's as natural as breathing to them. To sit on the toilet repulses them.. why would they sit on something someone stands on all the time? (laugh)...
