Really. This is the new theory. GWB was just plain stupid but O'Bama is just several orders of magnitude smarter than mere mortals and his mouth just can't keep up. It's probably the cracker blood running through his veins that makes his mouth inferior to the task of syncing with his brain. Sure. That has to be it.

Medals?  They'd first need "chests" to pin them on.

He is so used to reading from a telepromptr, when he has to speak off the cuff he panics.

And wets hisself.

How many times has this illustrious speaker had to come back a day later to restate his remarks because everybody misunderstand what he meant?

And this after he always starts off by saying "let me be clear.......".

You can put this in the bank, everytime he starts off by saying 'let me be clear.....', he will mess up and have to come back on another day to clarify what he really meant.  ::evil::

I don't doubt that his mouth can't keep up, but it ain't 'cuz he's too smart!

Hell, if that were the metric of intelligence, I'd be a genius!
