The absolute definition of an unconstitutional Bill of Attainder per Article I, Section 9, Clause 3!

Anybody in the jurisdiction of these Redcoats need to refuse, resist and rebel against this encroachment on their Liberty!

Don't pay taxes, don't patronize this city...don't recognize their authority, don't obey their dictates...
