Credit where due:
1) I found this story in the sidebar at AoS
2) The case was won by Democratic Underground (who knew they were good for anything?)

I think the implication here is that we don't have to worry about these pukes suing us for linking to the publications that they are in bed with.

Looks like the site is still filtering out the verboten domain names from hyperlinks. I guess in light of this ruling, we can start allowing them again?
