I was talking to my daughter and she said there are demonstrations in the streets at the capital over this mess. She works for head start and they have people to assist some of these people and they had to lay off all the staff save one girl and the receptionist and they looked like they are being battered by the clients. Now what they did is make a list with the PH#s to their state reps senators and the WH emails and and phone numbers to them.

Jobs are being lost all over the state and people are pissed. She said thet they were also losing funding for elderly programs and homeless shelters.

And his useful idiot, Joey Kennedy.

I work for a heating oil company.
It looked like Hugo cut way back last year. Vouchers were way down.

As far as energy assistance, (at least here in Pa.), there are 2 components.
Regular and crisis.
They may have moved regular funds into the crisis program
