NSC Star Chamber - Authorizes kill/capture orders, then informs the White House about what was done.

I have participated in a week long thread on another forum on this.

I have no tears for the scum bag but it's a short step for a secret committee to add some domestic terrorists.

All this moot court debating and spinoff into the laws of foreign nations...WGAF?

Bottom line, if The Regime was serious about pretensions toward constitutional law they could have tried him in absentia of treason and convicted him and sentenced him to death.  Then at least shooting a missile up his ass would have seemed a proper execution of justice.

The Regime blew this, and the fallout is going to have to be dealt with or their actions will be expanded upon increment by increment!
