It has been five months since the Missouri River overcame its banks, and for that entire time, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has been peddling the line that there was nothing they could have done to avoid the worst flooding to ever occur on this river.
They lied. (http://www.americanthinker.com/2011/10/the_corps_of_engineers_doubles_down_on_flood_folly.html) They did it on purpose, Ann Barnhardt explained how they did it on purpose and I said they did it on purpose. And if they're not stopped, they'll do it again.

I live here an you are DAMN right they did it on purpose.

Heck, we talked about it coming here. Also that they were not releasing as much water as they could
to make room for what was coming. They are either in it or don't have the character to go against it.
It's a political thing, not Party, just politics.

The Corps itself is not the problem . It's the over abundance of civilian contractors in decision making positions . Many of them are lefty environmentalists and the Corps' military chain of command has no choice in hiring the a**holes .
