Um, either Waxman is so stupid that he thinks the Koch brothers are Canadian, or he has full faith in the stupidity of the California voting base, convincing them that the Koch brothers are Canadian.

So what if they were?

Waxman epitomizes the phrase "arrogance born of ignorance"; the subpoena power has gone to his friggin head.  Must be real nice -- hate somebody? issue a subpoena so he has to appear for Waxman to vilify.
