Okay, then; next up is Adaptive Curmudgeon and his list (http://adaptivecurmudgeon.wordpress.com/2012/02/03/top-100-cult-films-part-ii/):
Weisshaupt, this reminded me of what you wrote about
Tremors (1990). The only reason to watch this movie is for Michael Gross undergoing a weird transformation from loser beta male from Family Ties to the hapless Bert Gummer. Apparently Michael Gross can act. Who knew? The movie is neither deep nor intelligent. Tough sh*t Einstein. Watch it anyway.
There are only eight of one hundred films discussed in this post; the rest are in Part I, which can be found directly underneath, at the link.

Yeah, i visit the curmudgeon on a regulat basis now.
I agreed with his take on the list of 100 for the most part. But most of them i have never seen. Not sure what cults follow them. I havent met any members of these cults
Wish the curmudgeon would jpin us here. He is a talented and funny writer.

Those 100 films are a real mixed bag, aren't they?

Heh, you can say that again!
I counted 64 I haven't seen (mostly because I never heard of them) and I can bet 80% of those probably won't ever be seen!
