Whatever.
Three high school kids who inserted some live chickens in a window at their high school for their senior prank have been charged with criminal offenses, resulting in their banishment from the prom and possibly graduation.
"“So we confessed. We told the truth. Now we’re getting charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct, not allowed to go to prom, not allowed to go to graduation, and all that,” Anthony Cesareo told CBS 2’s Christine Sloan."

Wow, as far as pranks go, pretty mild in my book. By Jersey standards it has to be downright weak!
The punishment far exceeds the crime. Anything beyond a formal reprimand and restitution seems overkill.
And sadly, you know what lesson most kids will learn from this? Yeah, do a prank, but don't confess, don't tell the truth, just be sure to get away with it!
Way to go moronic metro-sexual bureaucrats!
