Not sure what the max penalty is, but whatever it is it ought to be imposed...if someone had actually been figured by these two morons...the time facing them would have been punitive...hope thye get beyond state sentencing guidlines...but somehow I wouldn't be surprised if they get off with more than a slap on the wrist!
