Want to attract the attention of Law Enforcement, use these words (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2150281/REVEALED-Hundreds-words-avoid-using-online-dont-want-government-spying-you.html?ITO=1490) (and yes "Law Enforcement" is one of them
I personally am going to try as use as many of them as I can on any non-political thing I write. The more these show up, the more red-herring info those bastards have to look through.

In a letter to the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Counter-terrorism and Intelligence, the centre described the choice of words as 'broad, vague and ambiguous'.
They point out that it includes 'vast amounts of First Amendment protected speech that is entirely unrelated to the Department of Homeland Security mission to protect the public against terrorism and disasters.'
Gee. Ya THINK!
Go check out the list. I'm surprised "the" and "list" aren't on it, and it figures we find this out from a foreign news source.

I assumed that was beyond their abilities.

That was the first thing that stood out to me. That and the shear lunacy of some of the words. Come on, ice, pork flood, etc, give me a break!
