Title: Four Charged In Drive-By Water Gun Shooting
Post by: Pandora on June 25, 2012, 03:40:02 PM
Four Pennsylvanians who fired water guns loaded with chlorinated water on a teen and her younger brother from a moving car now face misdemeanor disorderly conduct and harassment charges. (http://www.thesmokinggun.com/documents/pennsylvania-water-gun-attack-678321)

Quote
According to a probable cause affidavit filed in a Lawrence County district court, the teen victim and her brother were standing in front of their home Wednesday when a silver Chevrolet Aveo with four people in it "drove past and fired an unknown, noxious-smelling liquid at her from inside the vehicle."

Aw fer crissake.  It was TAP WATER!

"The shooters (SHOOTERS!) met with police and admitted to firing the liquid".  The "liquid" is TAP WATER!

The "teen victim", Gloria Sloan-Mallory?  The name is all wrong, but I have to wonder what color this poor little victim is.

Once again the point is missed. Water don't kill people, water "guns" kill people.

These weapons should be registered. At least a 30 day waiting period. And absolutely no fully auto water guns.....no one needs to own them. Right now, you can walk into any Walmart, any drug store, heck, even some convenient stores and purchase one of these deadly weapons.

We need a commission to do a study.
