Interesting how we have to go to Russia Times to read anything about domestic American politics anymore.  And also Pravda is literally the more reliable news source, whereas the American MSM are the party organs.

Everything is all upside down.

Yeah, this is the second time the RT is sourced in a week.

147 seems to be the magic number, that's 73.5 for two cities
seems about right.  Why should the city cops be required to
do riot control?
