 Yep, that is just how they are displayed at the US Post office   (https://store.usps.com/store/browse/uspsProductDetailMultiSkuDropDown.jsp?categoryNavIds=catBuyStamps%3asubcatS_S_45cFirstClass&categoryNav=false&navAction=push&navCount=2&productId=S_688140&categoryId=subcatS_S_45cFirstClass) - to prevent people from just copying and printing.  However this time I can't wonder if it isn't a deliberate thing.  Even displayed that way on the  front page.  (https://www.usps.com/)

Seems like somone with a brain would have noticed and decided this time to just block out the word "forever" instead of crossing it out. However, this is pretty much where we are headed so why complain?
