Title: Prime Minister's Questions
Post by: LadyVirginia on March 27, 2011, 11:21:35 AM
Anybody ever watch this on C-span?

My kids and I love it.  It's hilarious although I don't think it's meant to be.

It's wild when they start going back and forth in their proper way trying to stick the knife in each other.  I'm just waiting for Miliband the Labour leader to ask "Would the Prime Minister acknowledge he's a loser and should have never been elected PM?"  hahaha

A few weeks ago PM Cameron spoke about how the U.K. is and must cut back.  This is followed by a number of Parliment members requesting special consideration for funding of their pet projects. It's was unbelievable. Apparently, Cameron's opposition has hearing problems too.

Would love to see the President have a President's questions.

I have caught that before, and it is always entertaining. How they get anything accomplished in that raucous setting is beyond me.

Tony Blair was always a master of wit in his responses and barbs.

I lost interest in those type of things when Betty Boothrod retired.
