Matthew Aaron Llaneza is accused of attempting to detonate a car bomb at a Bank of America in Oakland. (http://washingtonexaminer.com/doj-taliban-wannabe-tried-to-bomb-oakland-bank-and-frame-right-wing-groups/article/2521021)
Llaneza’s stated goal was to trigger a government crackdown, which he expected would trigger a right-wing counter-response against the government followed by, he hoped, a civil war,” according to court documents. The [DOJ] complaint says that Llaneza wanted to frame “a loose collection of anti-government militias and their sympathizers.”

Insane though he may be, Llaneza isn’t far wrong that a single dropped match could put the whole country to flame, like the assassination that killed millions by setting off World War I.
Exactly right. We're sitting on a giant tinder box as it is. A Gavrillo Princip, a Reichstag fire, an assassinated diplomat (oh wait, we already had that), these were all triggers in the past. What will it be here?

A gun grabbing cop wanting to make a name for him/herself. That's my guess.

It will be an odd and unanticipated thing that lights the fuse that will ignite an unstoppable wildfire.

Sure, start the fire, what the hell. But why not target soemthing better and more high profile? I mean if conservatives, Tea Party and other liberty-minded folks are going to take the blame ya might as well aim bigger!
Small-minded punks! Only a tard would think a right-winger would target a bank?! Doesn't he know they think all the neo-con's already run them all anyway?
FAIL!
