Yeah, I think those results are skewed by people not wanting to admit they voted for Borat.
The full results (http://www.publicpolicypolling.com/pdf/2011/PPP_Release_National_ConspiracyTheories_040213.pdf) don't seem to jibe in a lot of places when the conservative vs liberal ranking is in play.
