VDH, what a SF question.  How is it possible that you continue to attribute any sense of care for the US and it's history and tradition to him?  It is people like you who should be leaders in voicing the tragedy that is befalling us but instead we receive simpering denial.  Fie.

This is the point in time when those in position to speak out boldly with the truth refuse to do so...or pull up short in the attempt...this is the time of fear and the time of ignorance...fear of being labeled an "extremist" and an "enemy of the state"...ignorance that thinking the worst of our enemies is unthinkable...both are paralytics...until people disabuse themselves of both artificial restraints they will only end up being easy victims.  The Rational Man is one who realizes that fear of the state and self-delusion as to the intentions of those controlling the state are testaments as to how much freedom and liberty you've already ceded to the state.  The first step in dealing with tyranny begins with breaking your own chains.  Don't waste any more time...break the chains!!!
