Talk about a red line.  This is the ultimate Rubicon...that the treasonous sludge Obama will sign this appears certain...but if this crap gets ratified it is as clear a declaration of war upon the people of the United States of America one can possibly get!

I dare them to do it.  Push me!  Just fricken try it!!

I had never heard of this case before, but I came upon it in researching this absurd notion that a treaty can somehow bypass the Constitution.

Now, I know that means nothing to the statists and they will do everything to promulgate the narrative that it has become the law of the land, but there is only one supreme law of this land and it is the Constitution of the United States.

Yes, and the principles that created it are found in the Declaration, those two documents are all any free liberty-loving people need to honor and protect to their last breath.
