OK, now that is clever...and the one where the guys get taller & shorter is freaky!
-
I see something like that and wonder why can't all commercials be better? Some I see are as bad as they were decades ago as if no one has learned how to do them any better.
I watch some and think a group of people in a room decided THAT'S the best one. We want that one. Makes you wonder what the other choices were.
-
Have you seen the Skittles one where the boy has Skittles "pox" on his face and the girl eats some off?
Makes me want to hurl.

haven't seen it and doesn't sound like I want to either

this is worse:
saw this tonight
boy has skittles for teeth, girl kisses him
next shot of him smiling without skittles teeth and she chewing skittles
tag line? French the skittles.
UGH!

I know; bad. BAD.
Goes back to your question: who thought this was a good idea? It's gross.

1)There's a room full of people who are saying yes, yes, this is great. I'm thinking these are people who still go to movies targeted for 12 year old boys and think The Hangover III was a cinematic moment.
2)These same people think that this will appeal to their customers. That is what they think of their target market.
I saw a commercial a week or two ago for Kmart where the kids were rapping about putting their clothes on lay-a-way. Couldn't half understand them though I got the gist of it. But I thought this is Kmart's market and they know that's how they talk. It was sad.

Subaru commercial:
"She grew up in the back of my Subaru" -- talking about girl child.
Lady, if your kid "grew up" in the back of your damn car, you're doing it wrong.
Jeez. Who falls for this crap?

A LOT of women I bet.
I know too many parents who have all the necessary parental "accessories" from the right clothes and activities for their kids to the super loaded, busy schedule they lament all the time. But I wonder how much child raising and being a parent is really going on.

Never saw this on TV, but I always liked it ....
Robot Car Dances and Transforms (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxb65Zlsfv4#)

that's more entertaining than some tv shows!

I'll do almost everything to NOT patronize places that advertise with the rap crap. If I have to go to one of them, I tell the manager my thoughts - in no uncertain terms.
-
don't tell mom commercial! ?this! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EVDz9xkCu8#ws)
I feel like I shouldn't like this one, but I do.
Do you think they're divorced?
-
Divorced? Nah, family like that knows how to cut deals.
-
Pan, I think that one is so cute. I love the kids in the back seat with gigantic ice cream sundaes.
-
This one had everyone in our family chuckling.
