Owner Ziggy Wilf looks manic and seems to be saying "Take that!  I'll rake in millions!  Bwuuuhahahaaaaa!" and given the terms of the deal it appears warranted...Governor Mark (Goofy) Dayton seems to appear his normal retarded self and is saying "Did I take my meds or not?" but really, what difference does it make?
