That can be dangerous.
In this case the data looks to be essentially correct, the Dem's did not have a single Congressional vote in either chamber for the 14th & 15th, and only 16 voted for the 13th, there were a lot of NV's (not voting) on the 15th and I think it is the only one of the three where any Rep's voted against it (3).
As we all know too well the ObamaCare BS passed in the dead of night 220-215 on a party line vote in the House and in a pair of 60-39 (Bunning did not vote) votes in the Senate to end debate and pass the hideous monstrosity. Recall the Cornhusker kickback (Nelson)? The Green Mountain payoff (Lieberman)?
